NJ IOLTA grantees should use this portal to:

• Major grant recipients: upload quarterly reports no later than thirty days following the end of the quarter
• Basic grant recipients: upload the final grant report no later than thirty days following the end of the grant period/calendar year

Additionally, this portal will be used to submit grant applications during our annual discretionary grant application period.
